近日，Architecture Masterprize美国建筑大师奖公布2022年度评选结果，Laguarda.Low Architects（LLA建筑设计）公司荣获2022 Firm of the Year 年度建筑事务所奖商业及办公建筑大型公司子类别大奖。与此同时，由Laguarda.Low Architects设计的万科成都高新创合中心荣获建筑设计类别高层建筑奖。

On October 18, 2022, the winners of the Architecture Masterprize Awards were announced. Laguarda.Low Architects (LLA) is honored to be named winner of the 2022 Large Firm of the Year Award in the Commercial and Industrial Architecture category. In addition to the firm award, the Chengdu Co-Innovation and Cooperation Center, designed by Laguarda.Low, was named winner in the High-rise Building category. Congratulations to the LLA team!

Chengdu Co-Innovation and Cooperation Center

获奖类别：高层建筑奖

成都高新创合中心由万科集团投资打造，总建筑面积近15万平方米，是一个集商业、办公、服务和公寓为一体的城市综合体。其建筑核心设计理念是在赋予项目鲜明的可识别形态的同时，打造充满生命力的宜人的城市生态公共空间，促进人与人之间的交流互动。

成都高新创合中心的建筑设计，在周边严峻的同业竞争形势及70米限高的有限条件下巧妙破局，打造出别具一格、形态宜人、具有超强人气凝聚力的区域及城市商务商业地标。项目以流动柔和的姿态融入周边方格网状的城市肌理，在对比中与周边环境形成对话。两栋相对的弦月形塔楼围绕着中央景色优美的椭圆形庭院展开，宛如一对灵动的双鲤鱼在池中游弋。半开合圆弧外形建筑形态也成为高楼林立的国际城南中一道极具魅力的风景线，同时传达出项目创新、合作、开放、融合的核心理念，高新创合中心的命名也由此而来。

Emerging from the rigid urban grid of the surrounding blocks, the 150,000sqm mixed-use project is a striking composition of multiple layers applied to a seemingly endless spiral. The ascending and descending halves of the spiral dance around the block, encircling the site with sensuous undulating forms. The two opposing crescents float around an elliptical oasis like Koi fish passing in a pond. The urban garden created within the crescents is contraposed to surrounding high-rise towers in a whimsical nod to the orthogonal grid in which it resides.
